Mondays:

6:30 am, 7:30 am, 8:30am, 4:30 pm

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes must be reserved through e-mail or text in advance. For your first class, please show up 10 minutes early.

Classes are 45 minutes in length. Each is a blend of cardio, strength and Pilates. Members are encouraged to push past the limitations they have set for themselves while under the guidance of one of our trainers in order to improve upon their core strength.
